Fees are payable by check, cash, credit card (at the office), or money order at time of contract. Ongoing rentals' rent is due on the first of each month. Deposits are returnable after evaluation of proper use has been assessed. Cleaning/ damage & key deposits are paid separately (check only) as follows:
CENTER USE: $200 deposit
POOL or OUTDOOR FACILITIES: $100 deposit
KEY DEPOSIT (if needed for ongoing): $100 deposit RENTAL CANCELLATION/CHANGE FEE POLICY
30+ days prior to event: $30.00 flat fee.
8 to 30 days prior to event: 40% of contract.
72 hours to 7 days prior to event: 60% of contract.
Within 72 hours of event: No refund.
