The Homestead Valley Community Center Patio & Meadow is available for rental by reservation. The patio tables, benches, umbrellas and grill are all available to renters. Also available are a volleyball set, croquet set or bocce ball set at an additional cost. The reservation period is 4 hours with additional hours available. Call Les at (415) 388-0137 for reservations. Rates are as follows:

Propane barbecue grill: $25.  Equipment rentals: $10.

Liquor Liability Insurance: $30.00 for events under $200.00 rental fee; $50.00 for events $200.00 rental fee and over.

Inflatable Jumping Structure Permit: $30.00 per event (one delivery per day, picked up same day)

Renters are responsible for all clean up including disposing of trash and recyclables in proper receptacles.
