Gate Fees: A gate fee is collected from individuals entering the pool who are not current members. If the number of guests reaches 40, the gate is temporarily closed to the general public, and at 50, the pool maximum, to all guests, until a guest(s) departure opens up space under the maximum. "Homestead Residents" are those who live in the CSA-14 tax district.

5 complimentary guest passes (additional passes may be purchased by members at $25 per 5-pass card.
Early Bird Special: 10% discount to members who register and pay the full fee on or before April 30.
No refunds after April 20, 2009 - refunds are subject to a 10% Processing Fee.
